Pacing. That's all she could think to do anymore when she got home and into the comfort of her room. The door was closed, the windows were shut and only the glow from the tiny lamp on her bedside table gave her light. What was wrong with her? She had gotten herself involved in something big, something dangerous. But Jack...She cared about him, worried about his family, despite the way Nikolas had treated her, Tia felt obligated to help him.
But Caroline...What could she have possibly done? Where was she? Surely, Jack had not harmed her...But he had named her a traitor.

The cell was dark. Cold, the stones seeping some sort of sticky liquid from an unknown source. There was light, but only from the one barred window in the top corner and even then the tiny square of light was about the size of deck of cards. Basically, a pointless attempt of giving her sunlight.
Not that she was really worthy of such a privilege. Her hair was matted, unwashed for weeks, or was it months now? When Nikolas was gone from view, Tia turned to Jack and stared at him, appalled. Her hands went to her mass of curls and pushed the tangled mess out of her face. They were always in her face...
"What in the hell was that about, Jack?" she demanded. Her voice shook and she waited for his response. His eyes refused to look at hers, those crystal blue orbs jumping around the empty parking lot from dead trees to the lonely car. The marquee on top of the theatre was flickering in and out and a breeze picked up once more. "Jack."
Her voice. Tia's lovely feminine and melodic voice came through his hammering thoughts. "Tia --"

When Nikolas was gone from view, Tia turned to Jack and stared at him, appalled. Her hands went to her hair, pushing the mass of blond curls from her face as her mind tried to process what had just happened. So many thoughts swirled around in her head and she tried to make sense of it all. Who was Caroline and that Nikolas person? Was Jack someone completely different than who she originally thought?
"What in the hell is going on, Jack?" she demanded. Her voice shook and she waited for his response, arms crossed tightly over her chest, blocking her from the chill of the autumn night's air. His eyes refused to look at hers, those crystal blue

The worst king in the history of assistants too - she filed papers for an accountant. The company had yet to go paperless and God help them if they ever did.
She wore the same boring outfit every day because of one mistake her first day. A pencil skirt with a cute silk blouse. Her black pumps made her five inches taller, her hair curled to beauty salon quality. Then her boss had made a comment. Then touched her, threatened to fire her if she ever breathed a word - the job she needed.

So, I'm this awesome newbie nerdfighter and I love a whole bunch of stuff that I don't have time to write about here. Check out my stuff, leave me a comment and stalk me (ah, I mean watch ^^;; ) if you'd like! Will write for free :)
Not really moving moving, at least not for a few months at least.
But I'm going to be making a different DA account. I feel cluttered here on this one so a fresh start will be good for me. :)
Moving on to the update. I failed one of my college courses and I'm trying to get into college. I'm seeing this guy named Jason, a friend of my ex's Holden, but he's completely different. I'm liking the fact that he's creative and funny and awesome. I am really happy. I hope it doesn't change :)
I hope everyone is doing well. That's all I really wanted to say. Lol I'll post my new user name on here when I make my new account.

But it's like my sadness has really built and it keeps coming in waves pushing tears further. I'm doing well by not crying at school, but when I get home I'm probably going to break down, and then when I see dad, it's just going to be a mess.
She's been sick for over a year and I know that she's not suffer
Hello Dear peoples!

I've been up to just about nothing. I am trying to get a job again, since you know, had to quit the two I had because of dumb decisions. yay for dumb decisions! I've learned from them and I'm making a point to do well in my classes. But some teachers are being unreasonably difficult. /sigh/ I'm seriously doing my best, but it's just not showing and that's upsetting. But then I look at my good classes and how I made two passing grades on my last two tests for Sociology and History and it makes me feel better.
I'm doing a lot of reading and a little bit of wr
